How do you stay healthy online?
Being online too much can be bad for your mental and physical health. Just like in real life, there are dangers and bullies online. The golden rule: if in doubt, don't click on it!
If something makes you feel unsafe, or you are not sure about something, talk to your guardian or teacher.
'Cyber' means anything to do with computers. A cyberbully posts mean things or sends hurtful messages. Keep your personal information private and report cyberbullying when you see it.
Some content is only for adults. If a website asks if you are 18, it is not for you. Delete adverts and junk emails.
Go outside, do exercise and spend time with your friends and family. It's good for your body and your mind.
Online friends are not the same as real friends. Someone with lots of likes is not better than you, and won't necessarily be a good friend. Being online should be fun and should never make you feel bad about yourself. And online friends can't play football with you in the park!
Spam is an email sent to many people at the same time, usually with adverts. Don't open it and don't click on its links: delete it.
